Yes, you can rent apartments for periods upto 2 years. The longer the period, the better the rate that you would get. Daily cleaning, change of linen, maintenance of equipment and gadgets in the apartment are all included. Services of a cook on monthly basis is optional. Or you could get from us breakfast & meals at a reasonable charge made by our expert in- house chefs. they can speak to you and cook food as per your taste preferences (vegetarian, low salt, low spice, special cuisine).

Some of our properties (larger ones) with 2BHK and 4 BHK, can probably accomodate small pets. But our studios and rooms are not suitable for pets. So it is best to call before to check if pets can be accomodated at the building you are booking before your booking. We do try our best to accomodate small pets in larger apartments, assuming that they are well trained and will not be a problem for any other guests.

Yes,we have car parking over at most of our properties. Usually there is a small parking area inside / right next to the building. In case this area is full, we can assist parking around the building as there are also parking spots in the by lanes next to the building as well.

Our normal check-in time is 1 PM, but sometimes we do allow early check in as well (in case there is no upcoming check out and the room or apartment in not occupied).
