Our properties in Sector 40, MG Road and Sushant Lok all feature larger apartments - 2 BHK all the way upto a 5 BHK - which is perfect for a family. The Perch Central Park 2 Serviced Apartment is ideal for a family of 4 and can accommodate up to 5 people. The large open spaces in the community and the amazing facilities will definitely make your family stay in Gurgaon an ideal and comfortable one.

Daily cleaning, change of linen, maintenance of equipment and gadgets in the apartment are all included. Services of a cook on monthly basis is optional. Or you could get from us breakfast & meals at a reasonable charge made by our expert in- house chefs. they can speak to you and cook food as per your taste preferences (vegetarian, low salt, low spice, special cuisine).

Some of our properties (larger ones) with 2BHK and 4 BHK, can probably accomodate small pets. But our studios and rooms are not suitable for pets. So it is best to call before to check if pets can be accomodated at the building you are booking before your booking. We do try our best to accomodate small pets in larger apartments, assuming that they are well trained and will not be a problem for any other guests.

Yes,we have car parking over at most of our properties. Usually there is a small parking area inside / right next to the building. In case this area is full, we can assist parking around the building as there are also parking spots in the by lanes next to the building as well.

Our normal check-in time is 1 PM, but sometimes we do allow early check in as well (in case there is no upcoming check out and the room or apartment in not occupied). To get a clear picture regarding our polices and rules please visit the policies section. And of course do call in the property earlier (on the property number) to speak with the manager and he will be glad to help you if we have availability.

Housekeeping is provided daily and we have a dedicated housekeeping and maintenance staf that provides the same. Linen is also changes daily, to get an idea regarding all our services please visit the amenities section. Of course if you do need service during the day or anything special - please reach out to the front desk and they will help with anything they can.

We do offer airport pick up as well as have our own in-house GPS enabled Cab service. Our drivers are carefully chosen and are well trained in ethics and passenger safety. You can of course also book radio cabs on your app - but if you prefer a dedicated cab then please do contact our front desk manager for this.
