My family and I were in Gurgaon, India for 6 months and we stayed in a beautiful service apartment at the Perch. We experienced amazing quality service that exceeded our expectations. The reception staff were friendly and efficient, housekeeping was fantastic, the rooms were kept very clean and they maintained a very high standard of hygiene, the security team was always efficient and ready to help when we needed assistance.
I'm an expat from Europe and I stayed there for 3.5 years because they made me feel at home. It is not a hotel but a service apartment, meaning that you can enjoy some privacy & some "home style" comfort but still you can count on the Perch staff for cleaning, cooking or anything else.
