Check-in & check-out time
  • Check-in from 1:00 PM; Check-out by 12:00 Noon (unless stated otherwise).
Short Stays (Less than 1 Week):
  • Full payment required to confirm booking.
  • Extra charges (food, taxi, etc.) payable at checkout.
Long Stays (More than 1 Week):
  • 50% advance payment to confirm booking; balance payable at check-in.
  • For stays longer than a month: monthly rent due on the 1st of each month; extra bills cleared monthly.
Cancellation – Stays Less Than 1 Month:
  • Cancel 5+ days before check-in – No charge.
  • Cancel 2–5 days before – 1 night’s charge.
  • Cancel less than 2 days before – 2 nights’ charge.
Cancellation – Stays 1 Month or More:
  • Cancellation or early departure – charged 15 nights’ tariff or rest of month’s rent (whichever is higher).
Modification:
  • Notify at least 7 days before check-in; changes subject to availability.
Other terms and conditions:
  • Children 12+ years charged at adult rate; include in number of adults.
  • Report inaccuracies in confirmation documents within 14 days.
  • Booking may be terminated for inappropriate behavior, unethical practices, offensive comments, or refusal to clear dues.
  • As per Govt. rules 2 valid government ID cards are required for each guest at check-in.
