Perch has been pioneering the concept of serviced stay in India since 2011. We currently have Serviced Apartments, Holiday Villas and Budget Hotels across Delhi, Gurgaon and Goa. The Perch India office is in Gurgaon and we have area offices in South Delhi & Goa. Our International office is in Melbourne, Australia. Our operating entity is Perch Residences Pvt Ltd and is a complete hospitality company. Our aim is to become a company offering standardized serviced stay solutions across India.
